You will be the connecting piece between customer orders and our production team, ensuring all orders are accurately recorded, processed, and delivered on time.
Job Description
As a Sales and Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing customer inquiries via email, chat, in-person meetings, and phone
- Processing customer orders
- Placing inventory orders with suppliers
- Creating invoices and updating financial records
- Coordinating with the production team to ensure all orders are processed on time and meet customer specifications
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and will enjoy assisting customers throughout the ordering process.
